    I assume this is part of an overall strategic plan for the county. Would love to see the 5, 10, 20 year plan for the county

    Missed you at the FL Delegation last night with Doug, Michelle, and Alex. I did not speak on behalf of flood defenders, because Jay has been working through the American Flood Coalition on the State level.
