The letter above was sent out last week and forwarded to me by Mr. Caleb Houston. Mr. Houston's organization, "There is Hope" is working to help the community tackle the various challenges associated with the homelessness issue we're all seeing throughout the area. I have not found a webpage for this group, but
this appears to be the group's facebook page.
