This morning at 7:00AM live on the Wake up Call on WPNN FM 103.7 we welcomed special guest Crista Brandt to the show. Brandt is the Executive Director of Valerie's House of NW Florida.
We discussed all the ways her organization assists children and young adults with grief and trauma after the loss of a parent or caregiver. We discussed the history of the organization and also Brandt's unique take on the mission given some tragic circumstances in her life. We also discussed how the general public can assist Valerie's House in this mission.
