Lawsuit Against Escambia County Citizen Melissa Pino Dropped by Escambia County Medical Director Rayme Edler....

Via this filing from yesterday afternoon.

  1. How much did that cost Melissa Pino? Will the county pay her fees? Do not pay the plaintiff Edler for this and her ridiculous 100K ask for the county employee to sue citizens

The Pensacola News Journal should report on this, they reported the suit was started. They should report it has stopped.

  2. Here is when it's getting tricky. Now it appears two employees still employed by the county (I assume) are now in yet ANOTHER lawsuit and the BOCC is a co defendant in this one again.

Who pays for the legal fees and who represents who? This continues to get more complicated. The new case hit the Escambia circuit court filed 1/17/2020.

I guess it is true -- one door closes, another opens.

Another shade meeting?..oh to be a fly on the wall.

and the PNJ reports there is no chaos in 2020. Who do they think they are fooling?

Move along nothing to see here.. yeah right.

  3. I want to know why Dr. Edler is in a relationship with a Paramedic that
works under her licence? Is that not unethical? They also own and operate a training company together tactical clinicians LLC. Maybe she will try another single source procurement for "Emergency Training". There is something very wrong with this.

    1. Because she went to medical school and no one knows as much as she does and dang sure can’t question. So say Dougie Underhill when the single spice came up and I’m sure he’d apply it to a violation accusation of the County’s ethics policy.

She’s so forward with it her FB profie pic has him in it and he picks he kid up at Public Safety

  4. People should go to the facebook page Escambia Public Forum and read the Demand letter from Edler and her attorney to the county to pay her legal fees to sue a citizen and also read the citizen's response to the county.
It seems like a bargaining chip by her and her legal team about filing a case towards you in my opinion, not a lawyer but looks how it reads..paraphrased "if you pay my 100K that will go a long way"..What is up with this person? Perhaps Mrs Gilley will talk about that at Civic Con and the PNJ will cover the story. It would seem that a liberal paper would be all over a Public official suing a citizen for free speech about her performance especially with the exodus and unknowns surrounding public safety about a year ago. PNJ covered it on the front end, why not now? Is some one in control of the paper?
