The Wake Up Call Day Three: Sam Parker, Local News, National News, and the Real Cannonball Run

We had a great morning on WPNN with our new morning drive radio program, "The Wake Up Call" with Jeff Bergosh.

We had special guest Sam Parker today, discussing his time on the Santa Rosa County Commission and challenges he faced with growth in his district.

We talked alot about the election upcoming, with selected clips from Kamal Harris' big speech yesterday, along with President Biden's comments about Trump supporters. 

We unscrambled so disinformation on left-leaning websites, and we talked about the real cannonball run race that recently was completed and the record set for this cross country race.

Former Senate President and local business and political Icon Don Gaetz has now officially endorsed our campaign for re-election in the August 20th Republican Primary Election.

Gaetz, one of the most beloved, well-respected, and influential political figures in NW Florida spoke with me yesterday and endorsed me as the right Republican choice in the August 20th Primary Election.

I've know Senator Gaetz for 17 years and I have worked with him on important legislation pertaining to education since he passed the Merit Award Plan for teachers in 2007.

He has been invaluable to our area and his influence led to the gigantic and transformational appropriation for the new Pensacola Bay Bridge.  Don Gaetz has done so much for our area, and he is poised to more and he is a candidate for re-election to the Senate in the November General Election.

Letter from Bender........491 Valid Petitions Verified!

 

Yesterday afternoon, after a particularly productive day visiting with D1 voters face to face, door to door, I received a letter from the office of Supervisor of Elections Robert Bender.

Of the 511 petitions I turned in two weeks back---491 of them were signature verified as bonafide, valid petitions which allows me to qualify for addition to the ballot without paying the $5,500 qualifying fee.

Thanks again to the D1 voters for their overwhelming support by allowing me to quickly collect all of my petitions, nearly two months ahead of the deadline.
