You don't want to be infected with Vibrio like this Escambia County resident from Perdido Key recently was... |
Today on the wake-up call live on WPNN 103.7 ---we welcomed to the program Sava Varazo—an environmental scientist with 40 years of experience. We talked about the latest cases of flesh-eating bacteria from around the area, the causes of this, and how residents can avoid this infection—it was a great interview. We also spoke with District 4 County Commissioner Ashlee Hofberger about her thoughts on the cases of Vibrio and whether we should do more testing and add warning signage. We then had a deep dive on local topics of interest and we went through a host of local, national and international stories of interest- discussing multiple issues from around the country that traditional media outlets just won’t cover---because we will always cover interesting, important stories that are not politically correct and won’t otherwise be reported. That’s what we do on the Wake Up Call! 😊
We are live each weekday morning from 6:00AM-8:00AM on
