We had our 73rd Coffee with the Commissioner yesterday morning and the huge take away for me was the discussion of potentially having to budget $6 Dollars per gallon for next year. We talked about a lot of topics, primarily focusing on hurricane preparedness--but we did talk a little about this year's budget, and that's when the topic of budgeting $6 Dollars a gallon came up.
