People that play stupid games will win stupid prizes.... |
This August 20th, the date of the Republican
Primary election, will be my 7th contested election in Escambia
County for local office.
And each cycle that I have been through, the nastiness and
ugliness intensifies.
Whether in the school board races or more recently for
county commission—it never ceases to amaze me the depths of cowardly depravity folks
will go to in order to smear their opposition or artificially manipulate an
election outcome.
It’s nasty, it is ugly, and frankly it is the reason lots of
folks never run for office.
This election season is off with a bang, and the Election
Ugliness has officially begun.
DYSFUNCTION JUNCTION
You know folks are desperate when they bring in surrogates
to do their dirty work.
Clerk of the Court Pam Childers actively encouraged at least
two existing county employees to run against me. One has, and I am told the other is
considering it. She’s mad we are suing her to compel her to do her job. Ho hum.
Sitting commissioner Mike Kohler’s recently departed
secretary, Steve Stroberger, is one of these that was encouraged to run by
Childers, and he is running. Good for him. But is it really helpful to have a sitting
commissioner get his secretary to run against another sitting commissioner on
the same board? (Check with disgraced former commissioner Doug Underhill and his former secretary Jonathan Owens on
that). Worse, this commissioner, Kohler,
on a recent trip to Tallahassee pulled aside a friend of mine and started trashing
and slandering me and making false statements about the contents of my stolen
data files. (Oh yeah—someone stole those from the county and guess who ended up
with them? Answer, the guy I beat by 17
points in the last nasty election I was in, Jonathan Owens). As
soon as he, Kohler, was done shooting off his mouth, of course my friend called
and told me everything Kohler said. Wow,
what a desperado.
Interestingly—these comments made by Kohler in Tallahassee were
made before the county released the redacted version of the stolen county records.….Although
the files do not contain what he lies and says they do—there are some
things he mentioned that he would not have known had he not seen a copy. So that will be looked at and questions will
be asked during depositions. This
information will also be passed along to the investigators looking into the
criminal conduct surrounding this theft of county files.
Did Pam Childers, who has and does possess at least one copy of my
unredacted stolen data file—did she give Mike Kohler a copy? Did she give it to the candidate she
encouraged to run, Steve Stroberger? Did
Doug Underhill give it to Mike Kohler?
Too many questions. But we will
get to the bottom of it all as we commence depositions here in the next few months as the county's replevin case moves forward. The Old Bull is walking down the hill, not
running. And all of these individuals
must know by now that mere possession of these files, unredacted and without
authorization, is a Felony under state law, right? Yeah, that’s right.
Meanwhile, I have conducted polling for this race.
And the numbers are about what I expected them to be. This scientific polling indicates there is
one heck of a battle for the bronze medal between Stroberger and Owens, and I’m
comfortably ahead of both of these individuals by double digits. But those two, each more than 20 points
behind me, are within 6-8 points of each other for the Silver Medal…..
Interestingly, though, another creepy, sleazy thing happened
during the time this poll was recently in the field. Apparently, according to another friend I
have that contacted me, Johathan Owens and Alex Arduini attempted to get people
on the internet to “stuff the ballot box” and send bogus responses in on my
poll for my opponents and against me. My
friends forwarded this to me, below.
How desperate do these desperados have to get? Stealing my files, slandering me, and trying
to disrupt elections communications and polling?? Sitting elected officials attempting to
unseat incumbents on the boards upon which they sit? The clerk of the court actively encouraging
sitting county employees to run against us??
It’s weird, surreal, and dysfunctional.
Why can’t these folks just compete, straight up, on the issues? Why the sleaziness and sliminess and anger
and vitriol and weirdness? These guys are almost as bad as our local newspaper,
the PNJ, who argue they have absolute, complete immunity to have my son’s stolen
tax forms and my daughter’s stolen bank account information—even though
neither of these items is a public record nor a matter of public interest and
the possession of this data unauthorized is criminal under Florida Law.
Well, the last data point I’ll share from my poll: When respondents were asked if they believed
the area’s only daily newspaper, the PNJ, was fair, balanced, and
accurate---the response was 62% NO and 38% Yes among all parties and
demographics. It was worse among only
Republicans.
People don’t like and don’t trust the PNJ.
It’s not just me.
See you all on August 20th 😊

You won't like the answer to your questions, which is quite simple:
This is the lunacy that your party has given birth to and grown, giving license and encouraging this type of mentality and behavior.
The GOP let this genie out of the bottle, and I'm sure it hasn't escaped you that one of the people in those photos is an official of the local Republican Executive Committee (can't remember if he's chair or vice of the clown show--it doesn't matter), and to the best of my understanding RPOF rules state that REC leadership may not endorse a republican candidate during a contested primary.
So you could file a complaint with the RPOF and see how far that gets you.
As to Kohler and Stroberger, I warned people that they were Doug and Jonathan 2.0. They are first rate liars and have absolutely no shame about how they conduct themselves on the campaign trail.
Now it looks like you guys are dealing with a leak per your shade meetings. And--HUH, imagine that--Kohler was just so theatrically *mystified* at his recent town hall about how that could have possibly happened.
Of course if you've got an instance where, say, a commissioner is leaking shade meeting information to, say, for instance, a constitutional officer, good luck getting that plugged.
GOP wanted a Wild Wild West, and that's exactly what you all got. Worse, actually. There was some code of honor and rule of law in even saloons. So expect the absolute worst out of them and their team--potentially including AI fabrications--and you won't be surprised. Because there isn't much they aren't capable of.
Jeff, you gave all of this “sensitive” data on your phone to the County. You literally made all of it a public record. So no, it’s not a felony, you literally published it to the County!!! 🤡

Bwwwhhhhaaa and this is what you spend your time on? Strohberger for the win! Cry Baby Bergosh - you and your whiny attitude, still slinging mud to your predecessor, lawsuit loving elected official - with our tax dollars, and most importantly - improperly persuading other commissioners on how to vote with your alliance with David Bear and other people that you take favors from. Will be glad when you are gone! As much as we hated Valentino, would take him back over you any day as at least he lived in the area and cared about it. You need to be removed from office - you aren't worthy and ethically, a real mess - who are you working for? YOURSELF or those that use you to get what they want?
Paranoid, Here you post private communications that you are desperately trying to get back using tax dollars. SMH
This is so childish. I can’t believe the people of Escambia County allow this nonsense to continue. I thought Kohler was supposed to be the guy to mend the fences and start working with the other commissioners again. Instead, he and Secretary Steve have made things even worse. Why do we keep voting for this people? Now, Secretary Steve actually wants us to believe he’s actually going to be able to get anything done? That guy is a troglodyte.
Filled in the PPP ballot. TRUMP
Anonymous 11:47--You are wrong Alex. Data the county holds is not, 100%, subject to release. In other words, to break it down for you so you will understand--a public record is defined by what it is, not where it is. Read the law and the cases on point. No, you can't go to the county HR department and demand protected, confidential medical records they hold--because they are not releasable public records. Moreover, If I compose an email to my daughter on her birthday wishing her a happy birthday---from my county email---it is not a releasable public record. You don't get it, but that's okay I'll help you out because I do understand it. Anon 3:15--Don't make the mistake of mistaking my confidence for arrogance; I know folks like you love to attack--but I'll never be yours or anyone else's pinata. I fight back. And I know that drives you crazy, but that's the way it works. Now, try to get some sleep---looks like you haven't slept in days while I get 8 straight hours every night, I sleep like a rock at night. See you August 20th :)
Scientific poll?! What was your N and your margin of error? (Do you even know what these mean?) No legitimate pollster uses Survey Monkey and fails to quote their stats and methodology. And what sort of scientific feedback do you get from testing standing against individuals who aren't even in the race? Publish your full toplines so we can see just how "scientific" your poll is.
An ACTUAL, legitimate scientific poll fielded in D1 less than 9 months ago showed only 22.5% of residents actually approved "of the job Escambia County [was] doing with regards to traffic flows, law enforcement, fire protection, and infrastructure," and 53.3% thought "the County [was] too bureaucratic, not responsive enough, and taxes are too high". That's your own D1 constituents!
If you're doing such a great job, why the dismal approval ratings?
At a recent meeting you shared that term limits are a good idea. We agree. Why are you running for a third term? Seriously. Our county needs less entrenched politics, and elected officials that represent the citizens. Any faith we once had that you could lead with integrity is quickly fading. Perhaps it's time for you to make way for someone who can actually uphold the oath of office.
Good luck in August. You'll need it.
So if, say -- a fireman sends a 'ick pic to a coworker, like maybe saying Howdy and maybe Happy Birthday from the One Eyed Guy!. 👋 Comingled with county business...
("Say hello to my lil friend") -- that's PERSONAL and NOT a RELEASABLE county record???
OK. 👍
Sounds fair. 🤣
9:36 AM, here's how this works. If it was sent on a County phone it's County property. That doesn't mean it's public record. Public record pertains to any County business that touches on past or possible future Board action, which is pretty much everything. A random dick pic (why am I not surprised that stuff is still going on) isn't a public record on its own. Put it in a complaint and send it in an email and that's public record, although it's up to HR's discretion what they deem sensitive and releasable per investigations. A lot of investigation stuff is protected. I suppose a lot of it has to do with what the victim of workforce and sexual harassment who received it wants.
If it doesn't get reported, it might as well be the sound of a tree falling in the forest with no one around to hear it.
As you know, you successfully gerrymandered Jonathan Owens out of District One so he can’t oppose you again. Secondly you also gerrymandered Steve Stroberger out of District Two so he wasn’t eligible to run for the District. Third, those who you referred to as “secretary” were Commissioners Aides. You intentionally belittle those who you disrespect. Now that you acknowledge you’ve used your personal phone for County Business, over the last 17 years, how many of those texts, emails or other communications have been delivered for consideration to the County? You admit that you requested your texts be destroyed and you are the keeper for them. Just in the last 3 years, what have you provided prior to these texts? This is a respectful request that I would like to have answered.
I'm curious, Keith, whether you're even aware that after the district lines were reset, Jonathan Owens moved and bought a house about a half block from Chance Walsh in Chaunticleer while he was running for District 2 commissioner. Word was that if Chance had been elected, he would have made Jonathan his aide. Perfect arrangement for both, really. Chance wouldn't have actually had the bothersome task of being commissioner getting in the way of his hunting, and Jonathan could assume a role as proxy commissioner, since he'll never get elected as one.
So ask yourself this. If he had such a burning desire to represent District 1, why didn't he move a few blocks further and buy a house in that district? (For that matter, why did he spend all his time campaigning in District 2 rather than District 1?
Here's a hint: it's about the paycheck, the benefits, and continuing to cash in on the state system, because Lord knows he's not suitable for anything else, and he's a non-starter for a huge percentage of the County, who wouldn't hire him because of his association with Doug. Also, it was never really a real run at the D1 spot. He was warming up on the campaign trail to assume the D2 mantle from Doug. He couldn't have cared less whether he won that race, and knew when he got in that splitting the votes against an incumbent would all but ensure that Commissioner Bergosh got re-elected. Ask a firefighter some time how they feel about getting conned by Doug and Jonathan on that one. And so much else.
You're probably also not aware that I advocated *against* the resign-to-run rule change and I still don't support it. But the idea that anybody was so worried about Jonathan Owens winning a race district lines had to be redrawn around a house he had only inhabited for the purpose of looking like he was actually interested in winning that D1 race? Ridiculous. He could barely stand to put his toe across the line of District 2, as it was. He has been running his games on the West Side for a looooong time. Furthermore, Jonathan couldn't get elected for any serious office, period; in politics, he has always been nothing but a place-filler and supporting role, a destiny cemented too many moons ago.
Same goes for Stroberger, with whom I used to be very friendly. When Steve called me to tell me he was going to run, I told him point blank he had zero chance and he should save himself the effort. Of course, that was before I saw what little effort he planned on spending, and his evident loathing of having to lower himself to talk to people he didn't want to talk with. Nobody was worried about Steve Stroberger getting anywhere in that District 2 race. His candidacy was embarrassingly DOA, and when he and Mike showed up in our driveway next door walking, I reminded him that he had been unelectable in District 2 anyway. I pointed at Mike and said "This guy might win, though." Steve stomped off to the truck and sat there agitated with those dark little boy storm clouds on his face.
If Mike runs those Energizer Bunny self-promoting legs off for Steve's D1 race, at least Steve will have ground covered for him that he wouldn't have covered himself. Just like Jonathan, they better hope their GPS doesn't blink up there, because God knows neither of them know squat about the Beulah area and couldn't find anything but 9 mile road without a map.
Please note that I did NOT answer the questions you put to Commissioner Bergosh for him. Just making sure that publicly you have the truth about the redistricting spoken to you, whether you have the capacity to recognize it or not.
Commissioner Bergosh, an honest question in re: the 17 questions, given in theory Pam asked different persons to run against thee.
Did Pam have the signatures or not in 2020, I have stood by enforcement of the law and paid a heavy price for it.
Did Pamela Lynn Childers have the minimum valid signatures in 2020 or not (I can't tell if it posted)
Keith Bowe----You are delirious. Let me help you get centered. Number 1: And pay close attention to this one...I did NOT want to rush the redistricting in 2021....I lobbied STRENUOUSLY against it but was out-voted by my counterparts and your hero, Doug Underhill. I wanted to wait until 2023 when it would not affect elections and would have been a better time to do it. But I got outvoted. Go watch my public statements throughout early 2021 on the necessity to wait. But I got outvoted. So, I went to work knowing it is a process that normally takes 8-10 monthis in the best of circumstances. And we were going to have to do it in three months. And I did talk to a lot of folks, and we fixed the gerrymandering that DID HAPPEN in 2001 when W.D. Childers DID GERRYMANDER D1 because he didn't want to deal with Perdido Key and the beach mouse. So what I did, after watching a series of D2 commissioners mismange areas of D2 that used to be D1 up until 2001--was I put D1 back together the way it was before it was gerrymandered. And along the way-- I gave up precincts I won. So not, that isn't Gerrymandering. Do some basic research, Keith, and figure that out. And I do not belitle anybody--Steve was Kohler's secretary, just as Jonathan was Doug's secretary. It's just what it is...answering phones, typing memos, running errands--its what they did. And I did not even factor Jonathan nor Arduini into the effort to redistrict--we had to concentrate on numbers, demographics, and geographic boundaries---which we did, and which we got done. And finally, to my phone. I use my phone for my day job, personal issues, and yes, sometimes county issues. This is the 21st century. I preserved the records, just as I have always done in my 17 year history as a locally-elected official. Unlike your hero Doug Underhill, I fulfill public records requests, and have never once not fulfilled one nor have I ever had one ethics complaint filed against me BECAUSE I follow all the rules. I directed staff to destroy the DUPLICATE public records because, for your edification, there is no statutory requirement to keep duplicate copies of public records, plus I knew having multiple copies might result in data leaks. I was prescient. But the bottom line is this: because I was able to save those records, I have been able to answer 4 on-point public records requests. Imagine if I couldn't? You tools would howl "Bergosh deleted records!!" so folks like you will always attack and lob baseless allegations that are pure gibberish. Meanwhile: ask Jonathan why he admits holding personal records, private and privileged records he is not authorized to possess, on 13 county citizens most of whom have no connection to county government----in direct contravention to Florida Statutes 817.5685? He is not authorized to possess this data, his mere possession of this data on this many citizens unauthorized (which he is not authorized) is a FELONY, so why did he leave county employment with these files, not return them to the owner when he realized what they were, and most importantly, ask him why he distributed them to other persons unredacted? Don't be simple, Keith, ask the right questions of the right people.
Hey genius, you keep saying its a felony and a crime to have all of this "personal" information. Did you even read the statute?
I would kindly direct you to this element of the statute: "It is unlawful for a person to intentionally or knowingly possess, WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION, the personal identification information of another person in any form, including, but not limited to, mail, physical documents, identification cards, or information stored in digital form."
How about this little gem: "It is an affirmative defense to an alleged violation of subsection (2) if the person who possesses the personal identification information of another person:
(a) Did so under the reasonable belief that such possession was authorized by law or by the consent of the other person; or
(b) Obtained that personal identification information from a forum or resource that is open or available to the general public or from a public record."
You literally authorized and had downloaded all of this information on a COUNTY server using County resources. You authorized the transfer of this data and you gave it to the IT department. You did this, not Mr. Owens, you did this Jeff. If it was so private, why didn't you hire a private company to jailbreak your phone?
It is not unlawful for someone to possess this information if it was given to them, however, it is unlawful to steal it, this is a HUGE difference. Under your delusional viewpoint, all I have to do is mail you a thumb drive with my husband's social security number on it and then he can file a complaint with the FBI and press charges on you.
Maybe this is why the FBI, State Attorney, and/or FDLE has failed to make any arrest in this matter. It's not a crime if you didn't take it without authorization. So please stop beating that dead horse over and over. Admit you were being a tight wad and didn't want to spend your own money to unlock your private phone. Everyone sees what you were trying to do, but you cannot ever admit when you are at fault and you have to always blame everyone else for your short comings and failures. This is just another fine example.
How blessed we are to have a commissioner like you that only knows how to suckle from the public treasury.
I’m just curious, but other than causing more division amongst the commission, what exactly have Mike and Steve accomplished? I thought they were supposed to “hit the ground running.” I haven’t seen much evidence of that, other than running for D1 commissioner against Bergosh. I’d ask Mike, but he never returns calls.
Now Keith, I'm curious about something. What deals have Owens and Stroberger made about this campaign cycle and afterwards? Since Jonathan is a little tied up at the moment with several serious and merited suits and investigations, perhaps he and Steve have struck a deal that would put Jonathan back on the fourth floor without having to run? "Don't worry Johnny Boy, we got this race...you get yourself cleared of all this legal and lawyers fees you've brought upon yourself, Kohler will drag Steve across the finish line, and you can be the bridesmaid again--you're good at that."
We've all seen the text message Steve sent Commissioner Bergosh about how he was forcing him into Underhill's camp. (If that isn't a picture of pathetic, a marine pilot representing himself as powerless and incapable of charting his own path.) And whether Steve and/or Kohler are working with Doug directly, Doug is the evil genius working the levers on the Jonathan bot, always.
Are they letting you in on their orchestrations, or do they just hand you the smoke and mirrors story lines to post on social media? I'm guessing the latter, since you always seem to be a day late and a dollar short with your information. The more you post, the easier it's getting to decipher what part of your word clouds are clumsy politicking and weak attempts at psy op, and what parts are genuine, irremediable confusion.
Thanks for your comments, however some clarification is required. On the gerrymander issue, Paul Fetsko had a plan that would align the schools within the voting precincts that would have balanced out the voting between districts. This was modified for political reasons. Aside from this was my question regarding your being the custodian of records. That should be performed at the County level where staff can presort and parse out any duplicate entries. They would also be available for Public Records Requests. This I’m sure is what’s required for the Sunshine Laws and would remove the appearance of a conflict of interest. As a result I believe the State is now looking into this matter regarding all the commissioners. As a matter of convenience doesn’t address record keeping, and defeats the purpose for County Phones. How many times in the past 3-17 years have you actually submitted your communications to the county for record keeping? This is all I’m asking.
Now to address what duties a commissioners Aide performs, I used Jonathan with a matter that showed me how well he worked with the County Staff to ensure resolution and performance for a neighborhood land issue as a result from the Drainage in Beach Haven. Perhaps your office runs differently. It’s how we met. It turned out that what we wanted wasn’t feasible, but what was feasible got done. I would like to acknowledge too, that Commissioner Kohler has also done his research for every issue that has before the Dais, and with one exception, his vote to decent was in the end the correct vote. In each case he was the lone opposition. Secondly Steve and Mike have worked as a team from the start of their campaign. What I don’t understand is why do you appear to outcast on a personal level both Underhill and Kohler in their duties, rather than work and understand that which benefits the County as a whole? I believe going forward, we need better unity for purpose. If you are re-elected I hope there’s change. But when you spin the conversation to back stabbing, it’s more of a projection. You did the same with me at the TPO meeting where you went on about Jonathan Owens and condemned me for participating in ECW. I now look forward to having more civil conversations. Thanks for your time.
Your spin with tabloid style gossip was entertaining, but doesn’t address my question. As embedded as you are within these texts, you’re defending yourself as much as you do Commissioner Bergosh. You have quite the imagination when it comes to facts. Unfortunately your argument is not relevant and makes no difference if your conjecture were true. Your inside knowledge is based upon people who don’t communicate with you and therefore must simply be hearsay. I don’t find relevance to solving any issues coming from you. In fact quite the opposite, as I find you divisive. Please don’t be so long winded and if you have a point, please make it.
So what has this dream team done since being in office? I don’t see any signs of improvement in D2. If anything, I’d be willing to bet that more projects continue to be funded in D1 and the other Districts before D2. Unity is a good catchphrase, but it seems to only apply to the will of the one D2 commissioner- either Underhill or Kohler. If the other four are unified in what they want for their constituents, that’s not “unity” according to you. Maybe your dream team should learn how to govern more effectively by working WITH the other 4 commissioners instead of complaining when they don’t follow the orders of D2. But hey, if all you want are the same results, all you have to do is continue to vote for the same type of commissioner. Speaking as a D1 resident, I appreciate the fact Kohler can’t get anything done. It just means more gets accomplished for my area.
Anonymous 3:58
Commissioner Kohler is getting a considerable amount of work getting done. He was unable to avoid the setback for District 5 High Speed Internet, being the lone dissenting vote, along with dissenting on proceeding with the Replevin case that will cost dearly once the verdict is in, Domes is going his way, although it was a grind. I could go on, but I can’t make you see what you wish to not see. Tremendous support for Mike Kohler with no negative comments will be how I weigh his effectiveness.
Jeff, are you still waiting on them arrest warrants for Owens and the gang?
I guess if the FBI hasn’t even issued a search warrant regarding this matter, then sounds like a big ole Bergosh Nothing Burger! 🍔 🤡

That’s been the mission from the beginning. It’s Pino and Bergosh that have some unknown hatred. Bergosh won’t talk to me and I’ve tried being pleasant. We spoke once at a TPO meeting, he made it clear and started going on about Jonathan Owens. Regardless, I’ve always viewed the big picture, including the importance for the Committee of the Whole. I appreciate your willingness to see the needs for cooperation. It’s a pleasure speaking with you.
I’m sorry, I was unaware of the significance of the DOMES project to the lives on people in D2. Must be a game changer. Was that the top priority for the district? How many jobs is it bringing to the west side? Or is it making the streets safer? Or maybe when you live in an echo chamber all you hear is what you want to hear? Keep the dream team working on that stuff. It’ll continue to make growth in Beulah priority over safety in Warrington.
Oh Mel why is it in 2019 you tried to reaching out to Jonathan owens, I heard the youtube video.
One day your for Jonathan Owens now your against him
Keith- Here’s my point: nobody elected any of these guys to go and fight with each other, even though they can’t seem to stop, they’re supposed to be getting things done for the benefit of the people they represent. Jeff and a majority of the board do that well enough. Your guy seems to be the only one who can’t understand that and you wonder why nothing gets better on the west side. Unless you’re telling me that he was elected to go continue these self righteous crusades against the others and sacrifice the ability to get anything done to make his district better. And now we should support his accomplice to become our commissioner and screw D1 up as much as D2? No thanks.
Eric, are you sure about your math? Is that one day, or five years?
The answer to your question is the same answer I posted on my Facebook page back then. In 2019, I left that voicemail as a follow-up to text messages that I sent Jonathan warning him that staying partnered would Doug would destroy his reputation for good, and that Doug would position him to throw him under the bus at some point.
At that time, I wanted to see if Jonathan really was what a lot of people were fooled into thinking he was--the good cop to Doug's bad cop. I doubted it, but I figured he hadn't ever done anything to me personally, and the policy decisions in the D2 office weren't his to make. So I played it straight up with him, and let him know that Doug was going to come to grief from all of his shady business, and that when that happened he'd have it arranged so Jonathan took the fall. (Of course, at that time, I didn't realize that Jonathan had stolen that money from me for the Mall Ball tickets that I paid him. I also didn't realize then that Jonathan handed Doug the playbook to the West Side, and not the other way around.)
After I left the voicemail message, Kevin said, "Why did you do that? You know he's going to release it to the public."
I said, "Who cares if he does? And if he does, there will be no question that he's just as bad as Doug and ain't no choir boy."
He took the voicemail, they manipulated the sound on it (it's interesting that at some point they replaced it with audio that isn't manipulated, which is what is up now), they made a huge field day about it over on ECW 5 years ago, a lot of people saw for the first time that Jonathan is just as bad as Doug, and we were rolling on the floor that they took the bait.
Why they think I would care that he posted that message publicly, or why they think I would leave a voicemail that I wouldn't want public, is beyond me. Other than they're just not very smart.
If at that time Jonathan would have broken off from Doug--and things were really at a crossroads for that in 2019--his career and some of his lifelong relationships might have been salvageable. He chose to double down, and now he's exactly where I told him he'd be at some point: Nowhere, under investigation, with only online losers and clowns as his allies, driving around to random meetings to read questions like a lifeless robot, and under investigation. I figured that his association with Doug would put him in jail at some point. It still could.
Some commissioners today said they would have Doug Underhill back. Kohler is actually worse plus it get Oh Mel of the rocking chair and back into battle. I only wish I had been going to BOCC meeting in 2019 it would be alot of fun giving commentary on Mel vs Doug showdowns.
12:35--your observations on polling are amusing but badly flawed. I have used the same polling firm for 12 years, and the results I get have been amazingly accurate. Go ask your boy, Jonathan Owens, about it. Yes, he unlawfully holds confidential data which includes my final poll numbers from 2020 from this same firm where the election was predicted on August 17th the day before the primary last year. And I was within 2 points of the actual numbers. So tell your newest candidate, the angry guy, to go spend about $6 Grand to do his own poll to find out what I know. LOL. Believe me, he won't like what he learns. And he is in a battle for third place---a battle. (Here is a hint: voters don't like angry candidates who have platforms that are simply attacks on the incumbent). 8:19--you don't understand the law, period. The proof: if your guy Owens feels he is entitled to confidential county files as a part of his job duties while he was a county employee (he wasn't entitled)--then why did he not say so during the recent hearing? Why plead the 5th? Answer for you: he is not entitled and not authorized to possess this data under 817.5685; Worse still-his having medical records from non employees of the county, and other confidential, classified data and personal identification information on more than a dozen folks is a felony for someone like him (or anyone he gave it to) and is worsened by the fact he admittedly disseminated this information over state lines unredacted. I'm not sure how the process goes from here, but after the judge rules on the latest show cause hearing my understanding is that multiple folks will be deposed in the civil case and put under oath to determine who else might possess this infomation in contravention to state law. Then, the county will perfect/amend the complaint to include those additional persons who unlawfully possess the files with the goal being to have the documents returned to the county. As to what the state attorney or us attorney does or does not do--I have no idea. I know they are watching. So if Jonathan is so sure he is in legal possession of these files--why not simply say so at the hearing? That is telling........
Jeffrey…. Let me get this straight, you think it’s a felony for someone to possess certain private information like a SS# when the person who received it unsolicited didn’t steal it????
I’m going to mail you a copy of my brothers drivers license and social security card and then he can press criminal charges on you!!! LMAO Boy you sure are dense. 🤡
Cap. Kangaroo--I know this is hard for you, but please take a double-dose of your adderal, focus, and stay with me. MERE POSSESSION of the personal identification information on more than 5 persons, unauthorized, is a FELONY under Florida statutes. (Let me help you here: even if he didn't steal it--which I am not sure is the case, but even if it just magically appeared one day on his desk) 817.5685. Your boy, Jonathan Owens, is not, was not, and never has been authorized to have my son's tax forms, a full color copy of my passport and driver's license, and the medical records on more than a dozen citizens unaffiliated with county government. And if he was, why did he plead the fifth and not proudly exclaim what you believe to be true? Answer: because you are glib and his lawyer isn't. Now, put your clown mask back on, go put on a Captain Kangaroo costume on underneath it, and go ride in circles on a playground merry go round, and try to figure out why your life is empty. Then, when you are done, go back to the facebook hate site and bang away your frustrations on the BCC and how we are all, in your opinion, "corrupt" LOL
So, if I slide a thumb drive with 10 files of kiddie porn on it mixed in with 80,000 files of mindless dribble text messages between you and your handler David Bear, can I call the cops on you and have you arrested if you didn’t know there was kiddie porn mixed in with all the vast treasure trove of sunshine law violations?? You don’t get it do you?
Do you regret the line, “She’s mad we are suing her to compel her to do her job. Ho hum.”? Because now it’s, "To construe the statutes at issue in this case to find that the Local Plan as applied to county commissioners is lawful would constitute an absurd result,” right?
