Wake Up Call for Tuesday: Alesia Macklin

Today on the wake-up call live on WPNN 103.7 –we welcomed to the studio Ms. Alesia Macklin, Director of Senior Volunteer Services at the Council on Aging of NW Florida.  We discussed what services the Council offers the community and senior citizens, and also discussed the once yearly fundraiser Granny Git Down which will be happening May 23^rd from 11:00AM until 2:00 PM at the Sanders Beach Community Center.  After the Macklin interview, we discussed hard hitting local, national and international stories of interest- covering multiple topics from around the country that traditional media outlets just won’t cover—in ways and at a depth they never will show you.
