But the counsel for the Sheriff objects to this motion to accept the mediation agreement. Correct? So still no drinking the water?
The Sheriff's Counsel signed the agreement, as did the Chief Deputy--both of whom were empowered to bargain and strike a deal on behalf of their department. Now they are trying to get out of the deal but a written settlement agreement is a deal--just look at the 10 page motion and it is pretty clear..........getting closer to the water, ever so close.....
Thank you for sharing this information with us. It's a no brainier to enforce this. I am so glad the sheriff is LD. Being a limp duck means he's gone soon. I saw where Chips has prefiled for sheriff. I can't wait. I noticed the lame duck sheriff has shielded chips from anything controversial which is wise. I think the governor should enforce the agreement LD signed. Come on, only a learning disabled snowflake thinks you can get out of a contract that you signed. Chips would keep his word, but LD won't. LD has to be told how to behave, because he won't on his own. LD needs to leave.
