Today on the wake-up call live on WPNN 103.7 -we welcomed Escambia County Sheriff Chip Simmons to the show, and we discussed a number of local cases with him. We also asked him his thoughts on some jurisdictions not releasing pictures and videos of criminal assailants when such suspects evade capture. After Simmons’ interview, we welcomed into the studio Senior Heritage Foundation Legal Fellow and PSC and UWF Trustee Zack Smith. Smith and I discussed several big SCOTUS cases, as well as free speech on college campuses.
