While Don Gaetz is recommending Underhills removal to the Etics commission Underhill is on ECW talking about Bender and the 401a and rooting for a Democrat for D4. Deflection until the bitter end.
Waiting for the press release.
Note if removed he will get no retirement.

HAHA, He's probably making another video blaming everybody else and will next be saying Rebekah Jones for Congress and his followers will eat it up.
I imagine with the letter about his residency from the BCC, plus this -- this will not be an issue for our good Governor.

Yes DU issued a statement and shows a complete lack of contrition. Classic Narcissistic.
It will always be someone else's fault.
He actually believes that.
I don't think DU can appeal this. He just needed to say that to PNJ to keep the mask on. If you look at the appeal process form, there are certain reasons for an appeal.
He needs to stop sucking up attention and time.
Watching the Govoner's page for Executive orders.
Someone can apply to be appointed to the seat.
The appeal with the ethics commission could be for an ***automatic fine. This was a final order as in FINAL. Then to be passed to the Govoner. Sure the Governor, by his authority may or may not enforce it.
Why would he NOT? The panel of the commission are lawyers, held to high standards to interpret the law.
Don Gaetz toughened up the ethics legislation. Of course one can engage in politics but you have to follow the law. Underhill did NOT follow the law. He took an oath that he would, yet he did not, He or his press secretary on the hate chat site stating otherwise simply demonstrate yet again their lack of discernment and knowledge of the law.
That my opinion and intepretation of the events of today.
Could DU0 have avoided this, yes, but someone finally had enough and held his feet to the fire.
You would think DU would stop digging the hole, essentially calling the commission on ethics and especially Gaetz himself unethical and corrupt but he can't seem to help himself.
It seems rather psychopathical and I'm still afraid of what he might do or when he will make the news again in the future.
Best to let him fade in the background and block after this. Persona non grata.
One thing people can do is try not to draw a target on themselves, like wearing offensive t shirts and poking the bear on social media.
Probably need to look into the shots fired on NP though, I doubt they filed a false report. It needs special attention because I do wonder if it is more intimidation, of course that is speculation. It could have been a drive by.
True some cops just push a pencil and shrug,
I hope you make an inquiry with the sherrifs office. If you don't publish this, that's OK. As well as the other.
Some just want the nightmare of the DU years to be put behind us. His kid's fb profile is not a good look.
