I am one member of a five person board. The opinions I express on this forum are mine only, and do not necessarily reflect the views or opinions of the Escambia County Staff, Administrators, Employees, or anyone else associated with Escambia County Florida. I am interested in establishing this blog as a means of additional transparency to the public, outreach to the community, and information dissemination to all who choose to look. Feedback is welcome, but because public participation is equally encouraged, appropriate language and decorum is mandatory. Although this is not my campaign site for re-election--sometimes campaign related information will be discussed, therefore in an abundance of caution I add the following : Political Advertisement Paid for and Approved by Jeff Bergosh, Republican, for Escambia County Commissioner District 1

Thursday I would like to see an affirmative vote on the CAT item to release ALL the transcripts.

Will be interesting reading with a little AM coffee, commissioner.

A few blogs with the highlights would be interesting if you will.

What happened with Underhill's residency requirement?

He has publicly stated he drives 97 everyday, plus publicly posts videos, of him in bare feet with roosters coming in the living room, plowing a garden, birthing goats, gathering goat milk, purchasing livestock dogs. Chicken, the giant kind.

They post publicly on facebook they live in Northwest florida near Atmore -- publicly -- on line.

He publicly stated they bought property in D5, they have publicly stated they made a police record because someone was on their property with a shovel, they had it on a trail cam. He posts he is off grid, so,there may not be a utility bill.

How does he manage that under the LDC?

Isn't that avenue enough to explore?

I'm sure ECSO has a record of the call.

Did he lie yet again from the dias that he still resides in D2?

I didn't even read the PNJ article nor watch the meeting yesterday yet but Rick O. addressed it on a Podcast.

Did he vote? What did the attorney say about it?

You know he is dragging it out to vest in retirement and to keep getting a paycheck.

Is that legal? Or ethical?

Did he vote to release the transcripts? For transparency?
