New Judge in County's Replevin/Conversion Lawsuit is Moving Quickly

After the last minute recusal by the Escambia County Judge assigned in Escambia County's Replevin/Conversion Lawsuit against Jonathan Owens, Alex Arduini, and Gannett--the case was transferred to Okaloosa County.  Nobody knew how long a delay this inexplicable, last-minute recusal would cause.

Late yesterday afternoon we got the answer.

The newly appointed Judge in this case has immediately scheduled a show cause hearing.  And this new judge in the county's case is moving quickly.

The hearing is one week from tomorrow at 11:30.

See Judge Schlechter's order, below.

Your text messages with Bear and thousands of texts with Melissa Pino are grounds for you to be removed from office. What an embarrassment to your fellow commissioners and the constituents to have you taking direction from Melissa Pino, of all people, at every county commissioner meeting - every day, from morning to night - why, Jeff, would you allow that? I hope all those that have contributed to your campaign look at those texts - it’s sickening and a disgusting play of power. People are sick of these antics in Escambia County - hope the ethics commission has a field day with you. DISGUSTED TAX PAYER!

Did they get Commissioner Barry's social security number also? Prior.

Edler's counsel notified the county because they knew the spreadsheet had privileged info. It is in black and white on the federal court docket. Bet that was a surprise for you to find that out that way.

Owens publicly stated he turned it over to them. On the radio.

Arduini states publicly, "We have Them All."

Doesn't sound frivolous to me as Arduini is claiming on his scam go fund me. He should have to return the money to his victims for conning 💰 out of them.

🎻 🍷 🧀 🎻 (cheese to go with his whine)

Probably good it is being heard in Okaloosa, so they can't come back playing victim and crying brotherly corruption.

I hate when someone causes problems and then plays the blame game crying victim.

Let us know how the 11 AM Zoom hearing goes tomorrow. Hope Rick will report also.

I read over the redacted ones for the heck of it. Some of them. I agree Doug is a douchbag.

I didn't see anything wrong with them.
