Nevermind the sour grapes, gobldygook gibberish, and the misinformation and lies from last week's "Clown" hall meetings by D2 (and I say "clown" to describe the D2 office staff--Doug, his secretary, and his intern---- that put these sparsely attended events on--not the concerned citizens that attended or EMR staff that professionally supported these "events")----Nevermind any of that noise. This, below, is the important factual information citizens and constituents need to know regarding the "why" we are redistricting now instead of waiting and also why McMillan and the Voting Rights Act REQUIRE that we maintain a minority-majority district.

Do you as Chairman of the BCC condone another member holding town hall and telling lies about the board and the process?
You have the evidence on Video.
You as Chairman should introduce a motion to Censure prior to the Dec 2 vote.
Put it on the agenda ahead of time, documented, for the record and for the other commissioners.
We elected you to represent us, why should we endanger ourselves by getting on social media and having to do your job for you?
Does the Board of County Commissioners and the school board condone one member being deceitful and causing undue problems and even further lawsuits for the process?
The legal challenge would be if you do NOT do this this year.

Young reporters probably didn't watch all the town halls and know the entire story but they can certainly get the gist if you introduce an agenda item with documentation and take a vote.

didn't you all chose two projects per district and one was for beach access in D2. Was it a portal to buy up all the property you could?
I remember looking on the MYIP you all voted on and submitted to the treasury department and it was to get a small amount of money to approve the beach access #4, He is posting lies still this weekend in public on ECW. about votes taken by the BCC.
